By accessing and using Fidras, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Fidras is a product of CatalystIQ, a UAE based technology company. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Fidras provides AI powered email and WhatsApp marketing automation, customer insights, and analytics tools for Shopify merchants. Our services include predictive analytics, customer segmentation, automated messaging, and performance reporting.

3. Account Registration

To use Fidras, you must connect your Shopify store and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fidras only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You may not use our services to send spam, misleading content, or any communications that violate anti spam laws including GDPR and CAN SPAM regulations.

5. Subscription and Billing

Fidras offers various subscription plans. Billing occurs through the Shopify App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fidras if you violate these terms or engage in any activity that may harm our services or other users.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when connecting your Shopify store, including store data, customer information, order history, and product data. We also collect usage data about how you interact with our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide and improve our services, including generating AI insights, sending automated marketing messages on your behalf, and creating analytics reports. We process data to deliver the features you've enabled.

3. Data Security

We implement industry standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure access controls, and regular security audits. Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us deliver our services (such as email delivery providers), but only as necessary and under strict confidentiality agreements.
